Terms and Conditions for Using Book Bali Transport
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
3. Driver Assignment
- A driver will be assigned to your booking upon successful payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the driver’s contact details.
4. Pick-Up Procedures
- Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport pickup area, holding a name tag with your name.
- Please ensure your phone is turned on upon arrival for any updates or communication from your driver.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
- Passengers must ensure timely arrival at the pick-up location.
6. Luggage
- There are no additional charges for luggage. Our vehicles can accommodate standard luggage for up to 4 passengers.
7. Liability
- We are not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the transport service.
8. Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for booking and communication purposes.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
- Users can cancel their booking if a driver has not yet been assigned.
- Refunds can be processed once the booking status is marked as Paid.
- Only payments made via credit card are eligible for a refund. Other payment methods require manual inquiry.
- Once a refund is processed, the timing for the amount to appear on your card depends on your card issuer or bank.
